Depth Hypnosis & Plant Spirit Medicine.
Depth hypnosis helps lead us back to ourselves and our own inner guidance. The sessions assist with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual imbalances and may include regression work, energetic interference release, soul empowerment where there may have been trauma or soul loss.
The plants – mostly administered in essence form – support the transformational work in a gentle but powerful way, helping us to come back to balance and harmony. You can read more about essences here.

Animal Communication session.
If you have have pets and would like to hear what they have to say, then I can help. In this session you can ask questions, share things and get to know you animals better.
I will need a photo of your animal, its name and age. The session will be done remotely and your fury friends can carry on with their daily routine. We will then meet over Zoom for a feedback session. I do not work with lost animals, but can refer you to someone need be.
